India, it is often said, is not a country but a continent. From north to south and east to west, the India Information, Taj Mahal Tour people are different, the languages are different, the customs are different, and the country is different. There are few countries on earth with the enormous variety that India has to offer. It's a place that somehow gets into your blood. Love it or hate it you can never ignore India. It's not an easy country to handle, and more than a few visitors are only too happy to finally get on to their flight and leave the place. Yet a year later they'll be hankering to get back. It all comes back to India's amazing diversity it's as vast as it is crowded, and as luxurious as it is squalid.
Day 01: Arrive Delhi.
Arrive Delhi Meeting & Assistance at the Airport and transfer to the Hotel (Check-in time at hotel is 12:00 noon only – and even if we request for early check-in, that will only be provided after 0900hrs. which is again subject to availability of the rooms or else, we advise to book from previous night). After breakfast half day Sightseeing, visit Humayun Tomb, India Gate – The War Memorial, Qutub Minar and Lotus Temple (also known as Bahai Temple). Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02: Delhi - Jaipur
Morning proceed to Jaipur by road, on arrival check-in at the hotel. Enroute visit Amber Fort. Later visit the City Palace, a blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture is now a museum, containing all the paraphernalia of Jaipur's princely past.Jai Singh, notable astronomer, built for himself the curious Jantar Mantar, an observatory of immense brick and mortar instruments of astonishing accuracy. Not far from Jantar Mantar, is the beautiful Hawa Mahal (palace of winds), tall and pink, faced with delicate pierced stone, it is not really a palace .The queens of Jaipur and the royal ladies once used this decorative facade to watch, unobserved, numerous festive processions winding through the streets of their city.
Day 03: Jaipur - Agra
Morning after breakfast drive to Agra. Enroute visit FATEHPUR SIKRI. Later continue drive to Agra. Afternoon visit Agra Fort. Evening visit SUNSET view of the world famous Mausoleum – The Taj Mahal - An unique epitome of Love built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. A Sahajahan”s drop of tear on the cheek of Time that has now crystallized. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 04:Agra - Jhansi by Train & Jhansi / Khajuraho
After breakfast transfer to railway station to board train for Jhansi . Upon arrival check drive to Khajuraho . Khajuraho, assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon Half day sighteeing of temples, the Khajuraho temples were built in the short span of a hundred years, from 950 - 1050 AD, in a truly inspired burst of creativity. Of the 85 original temples, 22 have survived till today to constitute one of the world's great artistic wonders. Some of the famous ones are temples of Kandariya Mahadev, Chausath Yogini, Chitragupta, Vishwanath,Lakshaman. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 05: Khajuraho - Varanasi (By Flight)
Morning after breakfast, visit Eastern group of temples.
Afternoon transfer to Khajuraho airport for flight to Varanasi.
Assistance on arrival Varanasi at 13:00hrs and check-in Hotel.
Aternoon sight seeing of the famouse Benaras Hindu University and the temples and ghats on the bank of holi river Ganges. In the evening visit the aarti on holy river Ganges.
Day 6: Varanasi-Delhi
Early morning Boat ride at River Ganges for 2 hrs. After breakfast, visit Sarnath.Afternoon transfer to Airport to connect with flight for Delhi.Upon arrival directly transfer to International Airport to connect with flight for onward destination.
